If one has been smoking for eleven years, and now suddenly grew a violent distaste for cigarettes (something that comes with depressive episodes, alongside loss of appetite, the ability to sleep soundly and so on), chances are you are in for one hell of a ride. some people won’t stop telling me “Quit smoking, -your life’s quality will improve a thousandfold…” and so on, but...
